Commissions & Custom Orders

I do welcome commissions and personalized artwork. Each piece is unique, and pricing varies depending on size, technique, materials, and the level of detail. Because every project is different, there is no fixed price list—however, the information below will help you understand the process and what to expect.

How to Request a Quote

To request a personalized quote, please include the following details in your message:

  • Desired size (example: 8x10”, 16x20”, large-scale, etc.)

  • Medium / technique (watercolor markers, mixed media, digital concept, etc.)

  • Subject or idea (portrait, landscape, abstract, symbolic piece, etc.)

  • Any references or mood boards

  • Deadline (if you have a specific date in mind)

  • Shipping location (to estimate delivery costs)

The more details you provide, the more accurate your quote will be.

Pricing

Because every commission is custom-made, pricing is determined by:

  • Size and complexity

  • Technique and materials

  • Required time and level of detail

  • Rush deadlines (if applicable)

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date provided.

Deposit & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your commission.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipment or delivery.

  • Payments are processed through secure online methods.

Timeline

Timelines vary depending on the project. After reviewing your request, I will provide an estimated timeframe.

If you need the artwork by a certain date, please mention it—rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Revisions

To ensure your vision comes to life:

  • Each commission includes one round of minor revisions during the sketch or concept stage.

  • Additional revisions or major changes after approval may result in extra fees.

Shipping

Physical artworks are packaged carefully.

Shipping is handled by Printful (my production and fulfillment partner) or by me directly, depending on the medium.

Shipping costs will be included in your final quote.

Copyright & Usage

All artworks, including commissions, remain under my copyright unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.

Commissioned illustrations or paintings may not be reproduced, resold, used commercially, or modified without permission.

Clients receive the artwork for personal use only unless we agree on licensing terms.
