This website serves as the personal art portfolio of Pepe E. Benítez. All physical products available through the “Shop” section—such as art prints, apparel, and merchandise—are produced, fulfilled, and shipped by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand company.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment and logistics are handled externally, and certain policies may follow Printful’s operational guidelines.

2. Production & Fulfillment

  • All items are made to order by Printful.

  • Production times typically range between 2–7 business days, depending on the product and order volume.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Because items are created on demand, slight variations in color or positioning may occur—this is normal in artisanal and print-on-demand production.

3. Shipping

  • Printful ships from various fulfillment centers worldwide. Your order may be delivered from the location closest to your destination to reduce shipping times.

  • Shipping times vary based on country and local postal services but generally take:

    • United States: 3–8 business days

    • Canada: 5–10 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Delays

Customs processing, peak seasons, or carrier issues may cause delays beyond the estimated timeframe. Unfortunately, these are outside our control.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted unless:

  • The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

If you experience an issue:

  1. Contact me at pepebtz.art@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Include clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.

  3. Printful will review the claim—if approved, they will replace or refund the item.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been sent to production. If you need assistance, reach out as soon as possible and I will try to help, but cancellations are not guaranteed.

6. Customs Fees & Duties

International orders may incur customs fees depending on your local regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Printful and this website are not able to estimate or cover these fees.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through the platform used at checkout.

This website does not store or have access to your full payment information.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected during checkout (name, address, email) is used solely to process and deliver your order.

Data relevant to fulfillment is automatically shared with Printful as required to ship your items.
